Why Sponsor and Join Our Community of College Champions?
- Make a BIG impact
-
- The AIM High program supports over 520 youth through its year-round academic and career-readiness programs. AIM High students often identify as first-generation college-goers and minority youth. Additionally, some have Invisible Differences, making the pathway to college success even more challenging. You can give the students the motivation, vision, and passion to pursue higher education and enter into fulfilling work through your participation.
- Engagement
- AIM High hosts monthly events with students, families, mentors, and volunteers. Events are a fantastic way to unite members from your respective company to engage in meaningful, fun, and interactive activities supporting AIM High youth. Participation and sponsorship also allows for companies to determine if long-term mentorship is the right fit for their organization.
- Return on Investment
- Indeed, a little bit can go a long way. AIM High is committed to supporting our students through college completion. This includes at least 8 years of dedicated staff and resources allocated to each student participant. AIM High believes in this investment because we know there is a significant ROI for college grads compared to individuals with no degrees. According to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2021, full-time workers ages 22 to 27 who held a bachelor’s degree made a median annual wage of $52,000, compared with $30,000 for full-time workers of the same age with a high school diploma and no degree.
