 The Companies That Care Honor Roll publicly recognizes and celebrates all organizations that prize employees and are committed to community service. There is no limit to the number of companies that can be on the Honor Roll; all organizations that meet the standards of a Company That Cares will be listed on the annual Honor Roll.
Benefits of Being on the Honor Roll
Inclusion on the Honor Roll fosters a favorable public image, which increases employees' pride in their organization. Despite the current economic situation, top performers are still in demand and have a choice of where to work. Employees prefer working for companies that provide a supportive work environment and have a social conscience. Achieving Honor Roll status by demonstrating the 10 Characteristics of caring companies conveys a commitment to social responsibility.
Organizations named to the Companies That Care Honor Roll will:
- Receive an Honor Roll Endorsement seal from the Center for Companies That Care for use on corporate communication materials
- Receive artwork for posters that publicize their accomplishment
- Be listed on the Honor Roll at the Center for Companies That Care website
- Be named in a national press release from the Center for Companies That Care announcing the Honor Roll recipients
- Have the option to be listed in national media advertising the Honor Roll
- Be invited to participate in Companies That Care Exchange events designed for Honor Roll members only
- Have an opportunity to mentor other companies
- Receive access to Highlights of 10 Characteristics of Honor Roll Organizations
