The Center for Companies That Care (Companies That Care) is a national, not-for-profit (501(c)3) organization founded to encourage, celebrate and sustain businesses that prize employees and are committed to community service.
Recognizing and assisting businesses in creating, maintaining and re-shaping environments in which both individuals and communities thrive, enriching those individuals and communities.
Initiatives
Companies That Care sponsors:
A national Companies That Care Day, held in March, designed for employers to highlight and expand their initiatives that focus on staff and communities, as well as recognize the people who make their company successful.
An Honor Roll of companies to spotlight and recognize organizations of all sizes and types that practice the characteristics of responsible companies. These 10 characteristics are a set of standards developed to define responsible, caring organizations.
An Exchange designed to bring organizations together to share ideas and develop cooperative programs to benefit communities and companies.
